An interesting pathway into the world of social media to project oneself consciously into the future.

According to the World Economic Forum, 65% of today’s children will be employed in a job that do not exist yet. They will be required to have a flexible mind and proficient technical skills.
With the right approach, Social Media can help young people to express their creativity and develop their technical skills. Social Media Camp offers the possibility to use Social Media, like Facebook and Instagram, in a correct and conscious way. The Campers will be encouraged to develop digital experiences like Smartphone Storytelling. The Camp is for young people aged 12 to 17 who will attend classes in the morning, while in the afternoon they will be involved in sport activities supervised by experienced instructors.

In the morning participants will attend the following lessons:

  • Analyzing Social Media;
  • How to manage an account: from algorithm to code;
  • Tell a sport story on social media;
  • Guidelines for an appropriate use of social media;
  • Outdoor classes of digital content editing;
  • How to practice copy writing;
  • Write a storytelling about your experience at the Social Media Camp.

Campers are expected to bring their own smartphones and computers.
